About
Katie Fey is the stage name of Ukrainian glamour model and artist Yevgeniya Diordiychuk. Born on 30 March 1983 in the industrial town of Druzhkivka, Ukraine, she later became one of the most recognisable Eastern-European faces in online nude modelling. Under aliases such as Jenya D., Shawnee and Vanessa Gojgik, she fronted dozens of photo-sets for Met-Art, Teen Stars Magazine, and, most famously, Playboy, which crowned her Ukrainian Playmate of the Year 2009 and later highlighted her worldwide as both Cyber Girl of the Week and Muse of the Month in 2011. Fans know her for her unmistakable green eyes, dark hair, and the laid-back, girl-next-door energy that defined much of her early-2000s work.
Before Fame
Growing up in Soviet-era eastern Ukraine, Yevgeniya spent more time sketching clothes than posing in them. She enrolled in a fashion-design programme after secondary school but soon discovered the lecture hall could not compete with the thrill of a camera shutter. In 2003, she began sending test shots to European glamour sites, adopting the simple, catchy stage name “Katie Fey.” Early sessions were modest pin-ups, yet within a year, she was experimenting with more daring soft-core sets. Her audience ballooned thanks to early web forums, and magazines from Argentina to South Africa requested features. That momentum convinced her to pause her studies and model full-time—something she later said felt “less like a gamble and more like listening to instinct.”
In 2013, she crossed the Atlantic to shoot a campaign for American Apparel in Los Angeles. The mainstream job proved she could shift easily between commercial fashion and sensual glamour. Although she returned to Kyiv after the project, the experience broadened her outlook and opened the door to occasional U.S. assignments.

Family Life
Personal details stay firmly off-camera. Interviews rarely dive into parents or siblings, and Ukrainian outlets note that relatives prefer life far from the spotlight. What is known is that she grew up in a creative household that encouraged drawing and painting long before modelling entered the picture. She has never confirmed a long-term partner, and social feeds focus on travel shots, studio snippets, and water-colours rather than romance. Guarding that boundary helps her keep a slice of normal life despite a very public career.
Associated With
Fey’s portfolio reads like an early-Internet glamour directory. She appeared in an extensive Met-Art series alongside other Eastern-European talents, and her Ukrainian Playboy centre-fold was shot by a Kyiv team later known for working with singer-turned-model Dasha Astafieva. During her video period, she shared screen time with fellow Ukrainians Mila Azul and Viola Bailey, performers she credits with bringing good humour to long production days.
Outside adult platforms, her American Apparel shoot linked her to photographer Henrick Purienne’s casual, sun-washed aesthetic, placing her images alongside mainstream fashion faces. In the art world, she corresponds with several contemporary Ukrainian painters and occasionally auctions joint pieces for charity. These connections highlight her versatility—sliding from edgy glamour sets to gallery walls without skipping a beat.
